If you have any problems with your order, we will work together to come to an agreeable solution.
- Please contact me via email at andrea@sweetimpressions.biz within one (1) week of purchasing the item in person OR within one (1) of receiving the shipment with the reason for return (examples: received damaged or wrong product shipped).
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing the item description or House on the Hill catalog for reference to mold size prior to ordering.
- Molds, cutters and supplies must be new, unopened and unused. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any additional loss in value.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs insured in addition to replacement shipping costs.
- Purchases are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) less a 30% restocking fee of the item(s) value not including shipping charges which are non-refundable.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom orders of molds, cutters or supplies.
- Cookies.
Cancellations are prohibited.
