Reporting an Issue

Please email andrea@sweetimpressions.biz:

• Within seven (7) days of purchase for in-person or online purchases.
• Within three (3) days of delivery for shipped orders.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Because of the nature of our products and for quality assurance, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped:

• Cookie molds
• Cookie cutters
• Baking supplies
• Cookies

Please review all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the mold size and design meet their needs prior to purchase. Ordering the wrong item, ordering duplicate items, ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind after purchase does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within the timeframes above. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Approved Returns (Non-Final Sale Items Only)

If a return is approved for an item that is eligible for return:

• The item must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for insured return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, less a 30% restocking fee. Cash refunds are not provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
