If you have any problems with your order, we will work together to come to an agreeable solution.

• Please contact me via email at andrea@sweetimpressions.biz within one (1) week of purchasing the item in person OR receiving the item in a shipment with the reason for return (examples: received damaged or wrong product shipped).  Buyers are responsible for reviewing the House on the Hill catalog for reference to mold size prior to ordering.
• Molds, cutters and supplies must be new/unopened/unused.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in addition to replacement shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom orders of molds, cutters or supplies
• Cookies

Cancellations are not accepted.
